Joe for many years has devoted his practice to representing nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. He has developed a national reputation as an expert in nonprofit matters, with more than 35 years of experience advising exempt organizations, including, healthcare systems, colleges and universities, foundations and other charities on all aspects of their corporate law and tax responsibilities. Prior to founding Lundy & Flynn LLP, Joe was a principal of the international accounting and consulting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and before that he was a partner of the Philadelphia based law firm, Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP.

Dave has also devoted his practice primarily to advising the nonprofit sector. Prior to the formation of Lundy & Flynn LLP, Dave was a partner at Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia for 25 years. Dave is nationally recognized as an expert in tax-exempt organization matters with more than 35 years of experience as a tax lawyer, focusing primarily on nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations, including hospitals and health systems, colleges and universities, private foundations and other types of tax-exempt organizations, including trade associations. Before arriving in Philadelphia, Dave was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan LLP, and an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Legislative Counsel (Office of the Assistant Secretary, Tax Policy) in the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Noel is an associate with Lundy & Flynn LLP, and also is primarily engaged in advising nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. Noel formerly was an associate at Ballard Spahr Andrews and Ingersoll, LLP in Philadelphia where he practiced in the Tax and the Public Finance Department. Noel is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law where he was a Beasley Scholar and the Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review. Noel also received the Benjamin Winderman award for scholastic achievement in Temple University's J.D./M.B.A. program.
